The Interlock is the newest West Midtown spot for working, playing, and living, boasting everything from office space and townhouses to various shopping and dining options. Interlock II began construction in 2021 and is set to deliver in 2024. This second phase will feature additional student housing, a Starbucks, a Publix grocery store, a Kura Revolving Sushi bar, as well as many other commercial and restaurant spaces.
575 14th Street
This 111,000 SF warehouse facility located in West Midtown. The entire building is occupied by Georgia Tech’s the College of Engineering including AIMPF and the Student Competition Center, College of Science, and GCMI. This space provides a unique opportunity as a large warehouse building with its proximity to campus and West Midtown, while housing several departments in one building.
